Refund Policy

PVC Patches Canada is committed to providing customer-focused service and reliable support throughout the ordering process. Our customer support team is available to help resolve issues that may lead to an order cancellation or refund request. However, if a refund claim is made for a genuine reason, the following refund policy will apply.

Refunds will be only applicable, if:

The order was canceled within the applicable time frame. Only a certain percentage of the refund shall be made as outlined in the Order Cancellation Policy.

The payment was accidentally deducted twice.

The wrong PVC patch product was sent to you. In such situations, our Return and Exchange Policy may also apply.

The size, color, artwork, or other requirements provided in the approved brief were missed by us, and the customization was not completed accordingly.

Refund will NOT be applicable, if:

The buyer changes their mind and no genuine reason is provided for the refund request.

The buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the finished PVC patches.

The buyer is not satisfied with the design after approving the digital proof before it was forwarded to production.

The buyer does not remain responsive during the refund process or fails to provide the required information.

The buyer involves a third party, such as a friend, family member, or lawyer, instead of making the claim directly.

We reserves the right to review and refuse a refund claim if it does not meet the applicable refund terms and conditions.
