PVC Patches Canada offers policies that keep buyers reassured about their custom PVC patch orders. Please review the following terms and conditions before placing an order:

• Our craftsmen rely on the brief shared by you. This means you should provide as much information as possible. Our team of designers reviews your requirements and works according to your brief.
• You can acquire an unlimited number of free revisions in the digital draft shared with you. Once you have approved the digital draft, no further changes can be catered to. However, you can contact customer support to share your requirements, and according to the circumstances, our team will try its best to assist you.
• You retain ownership of all designs, logos, trademarks, or artwork you provide to us. PVC Patches Canada does not claim ownership of the designs or artwork submitted by customers.
• The buyer must ensure that the design, logo, trademark, or artwork they submit does not infringe upon the rights of any other company or individual. In such situations, PVC Patches Canada reserves the right to take appropriate action against the client.
• PVC Patches Canada may deal with international orders. In such cases, the buyer may be responsible for applicable shipping, customs, taxes, and duty charges.
• Once a customized order is placed, it can only be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, only a certain amount may be refunded. To know the exact amount, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.
• PVC Patches Canada will not be responsible if the shipping time is affected due to an incorrect address or inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

When an order is placed, it is considered that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
