Return and Exchange Policy

We offers a return and exchange policy that keeps buyers reassured that they can request a return or exchange if one or more of the following circumstances takes place:

The delivered PVC patches were different from what was ordered.

The delivered PVC patches were damaged. In this situation, evidence needs to be presented while making the claim.

The delivered PVC patches were of the wrong size.

The customization of the delivered PVC patches was not completed according to the approved brief.

However, the return and exchange policy will not be effective if:

The delivered PVC patches were correct, and none of the situations above applies.

The brief or requirements shared with us were incorrect, and the client later wishes to request a refund.

There was a delay in delivery from the logistics or shipping provider.

The order was returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client.

The buyer involves a third party, such as a friend, family member, or lawyer, instead of making the claim directly.

If the mistake occurs from our end, the applicable shipping charges would be borne by PVC Patches Canada. If the issue is caused by incorrect information or circumstances from the client's end, the client would be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
